- A) IDEAL's minimum loan size is $20,000, we have no maximum loan amount.

- Q) What is the minimum credit score that you will accept?
- A) IDEAL's minimum credit score is 550. If you have a lower score, but successful borrowing experience, rehabbing experience, cash reserves, or other extenuating circumstances we can customize a plan for you.

- Q) What will I need to apply?
- A) Initially, you need a driver's license and social security card. If you are borrowing to rehabilitate a property, you'll need a list of work to be performed, and the cost of each task.

- Q) What about my appraisal, title insurance and settlement arrangements?
- A) IDEAL is affiliated with an appraisal company and title insurance agency, so this will be arranged for you.
